Use of EOX data delivered through this service (the “Data”) is subject to your OTC Global Holdings LP Data Subscription Agreement. The Data is licensed for the Licensee’s internal business use only and may be accessed solely by authorized users. API keys are personal to each authorized user and may not be shared.
The Data may not be redistributed, sold, published, shared or otherwise disclosed to any third party, in whole or in part, whether intentionally or inadvertently, including through shared credentials, public or shared workspaces, file-sharing services or code repositories. The Data may not be input, uploaded or otherwise made available to any third-party or external artificial intelligence, machine learning or similar model or service, whether to train, fine-tune or improve such systems or in any manner that could result in the Data being retained, learned or redistributed by them. Any use of the Data beyond the scope expressly permitted requires OTC Global Holdings LP’s prior written consent.

The Data is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Any trading, investment or other decision made using the Data is the sole responsibility of the user.
